All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use and any additional requirements shown on the product or checkout page or in the FAQ. All items purchased from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event your order is lost during shipping, we will assist you in pursuing a claim with the shipper, but will not be liable for any orders which are lost during shipping or misdelivered.

Bad Boy MMA Australia only sells within Australia. We do not ship internationally. We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. You will receive tracking information via e-mail once your order has been processed.

We will endeavor to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

You may grant an 'authority to leave' when placing your order. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the order in question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

Bad Boy MMA Australia may terminate an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. No cancellation fees will apply. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with the Returns Policy.

Bad Boy MMA Australia aims to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.

If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product or refund to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.

When shopping online with Bad Boy MMA Australia, you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Afterpay, or Coupon Code (store credit, e-Gift Card).

All pricing are in Australian Dollars and is inclusive of GST.

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase at time of placing your order, and that Bad Boy MMA Australia may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and delivery chargers). Your total price will include the price of the product(s) plus any additional chargers; such as GST and delivery if (applicable).

Prices for products offered via the Bad Boy MMA Australia may change at any time, and we do not offer price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to processing, you will be offered a refund or exchange.

Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard both in-store and online. We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Our payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification. You can also see the transaction is secure by the key lock symbol on your web browser. You also have the option to store your credit card details in your account for faster checkout.

Afterpay
All you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option when you’re ready to buy. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments for you. Afterpay will remind you when payments are due and will process your payments automatically. Next time you use Afterpay, they will have all your details saved and ready to go!

Coupon Code
If you have a coupon code (promotion, store credit or e-Gift card) simply enter the code into the Coupon Code textbox on the Checkout page to redeem the offer.

Tax Invoice
When placing an order online you will receive an email confirmation containing a tax invoice. You can also log into your account to view all of your orders and print invoices.

Customers can purchase e-Gift Cards online to buy credits for themselves or gift them to others. Customers simply select the amount they would like to gift and add to cart. e-Gift Cards will be sent as an electronic store credit. If you would like to forward the gift card directly to someone else, you simply enter the recipient’s details on the checkout page.

• e-Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash
• e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
• e-Gift Cards can be redeemed online by entering the Coupon Code at checkout or clicking through from the received email
• Additional values cannot be added to an existing e-Gift Card; however, additional e-Gift Cards can be purchased
• e-Gift Cards are to be treated like cash and if they are damaged, lost or stolen they will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed
